Spearmint Pure Essential Oil - 65% (Mentha spicata) is made from the leaves and stems through steam distillation. It is relaxing yet uplifting, reduces congestion, increases attention. It has a sweet , minty scent and blends well with Basil, Bergamot, Eucalyptus, Jasmine, Lavender, and Rosemary. Spearmint is a medium top note.
