Litsea Cubeba Pure Essential Oil (May Chang) blends well with Basil, Bergamot, Geranium, Jasmine, Rose, Rosemary, Rosewood and Ylang-ylang.. It is a strong citrus type aroma. Its main uses are for skin care. It is non-irritant, antiseptic, great for use on oily skin, spots, and acne. It is a good substitute for Bergamot in skin products due to photosensitivity of Bergamot, unless it is Bergaptene Free. Litsea Cubeba makes a good antiperspirant. It is also helpful in calming those with emotional turmoil, or anxiety.
