Cinnamon Bark (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) is an evergreen tree that grows in Sri Lanka. The bark is steam distilled and should be used in small amounts, a little goes a long way. It is used in soaps, lotions, and has various aromatherapy uses. It has a spicy scent and it is a strong middle note. Cinnamon Bark blends well with Clove Bud, Frankincense, Nutmeg, Orange, and many floral scents including Ylang-Ylang.
